In the continuing discussion regarding Rob Bell appearing on Revelation tv this weekend (I believe it is a repeat) here is Rob Bell's video ad for his book where he questions long held Christian beliefs.
Now here is John MacArthur speaking on the subject the Broad and Narrow way. I know it runs for a while but it is one of the best sermons on the subject I have ever heard. Well worth a listen.
Which one gives the true story?

There have been occasions when I do a little bit of recreational taxi driving. The other night I had a call to pick up a gentlemen at a local church. The fellow in question at the church met me and as I drove him home, we had gotten to talking. It was then that he had told me that doing a little bit of unpaid part time cleaning for the church. He also told me that he had been a regular attendee at that particular Pentecostal church for about eight years, just as his wife had. I thought that was well and good as here was a splendid opportunity to enjoy a little fellowship and talk of things of the Lord, in particular the end times. However, when the subject matter happened to come across the book of Revelation I was somewhat aghast and taken back when he told me that the book of Revelation is never ever discussed in his church. When I questioned him further I was more than surprised to learn that he knew nothing, or very little, about the end times. The extent of his knowledge relative to the end times seemed to consist of the Mayan calendar 2012 end of the world scenario - which has very little - or nothing at all to do with the Bible prophecies. Was that a good example of the general lack of Biblical knowledge in today's modern churches? I do not know, as I am not a regular church attendee for exactly that reason and small wonder. In these last days because they are neither hot nor cold I will spue them out says the Lord. It appears the aforementioned fellow was exactly what the word was referring to when it made the above said analogy. What are your thoughts on this subject matter, as it seems that Rob Ding Dong is not the only Christian ministry at fault in these last days?
John MacArthur would be one of the best teachers that I have seen in a long time, and as you said well worth the listen. Accordingly, the question does not really need to be asked, there is no comparison at all.
